Eddie and Phillipa Upton of Folk South West, Dorset kindly allowed Nicky to collect Bulrushes from the pond at their Forest School site. In thanks she made them a basket of their Bulrushes for use at the school.
A Little Batcombe Basket was commission by the Graham family of Dorset as a Christmas gift. The basket was fashioned of Bulrushes from their own pond and delivered well in time for their Christmas festivities.

Harvest is in! Our lovely summer weather this year resulted in a wonderful harvest of bulrushes from Mappowder, Batcombe and Leigh, Dorset.
